Shipping and Returns

We normally despatch within 2 to 3 working days, via Royal Mail and a variety of couriers. Large orders may take a little longer to process.

We pack very securely, using recycled boxes as often as possible, and whenever possible try to combine delivery of multiple purchases, please message us before purchase so we can send a revised invoice

Overseas customers are responsible for local import/customs charges.

Devon Vintage Interiors in compliance  with the UK distance selling regulations, will refund to the purchaser any item bought online or over the phone from us. You may return any item  to us for any reason, but you must notify us within 14 days of its receipt  (email is fine) that you are going to do so. You then have 14 more days to get the item back to us, as the purchaser you are liable for the return shipping. Upon receipt of the item in it’s as sold condition we will refund the purchase price within 14 days normally more quickly.

 

Condition of Items.

Devon Vintage Interiors will endeavour to accurately describe any blemishes or imperfections on the items we sell, but please remember we are human. All of our products are pre-loved, some are very old and will have passed through many hands as such will certainly be in less than mint condition. If you are not happy with an item, please tell us you can always return it (sell above) if it is not what you expected.

This notice describes how we collect and use personal data about you, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

Devon Vintage Interiors uses Webador ™ to host and manage our website  www.devonvintageinteriors.co.uk and Stripe ™ to manage our online payments. When you purchase from us we receive from Webador and Stripe your Name, email, address, telephone number and the value of payment made, we also receive the last four digits of your payment card number, we do not receive the full card number. UK tax law requires private companies to retain any records that are used for the purpose of completing tax returns for 6 years from the end of the accounting period to which the records relate, in Devon Vintage Interiors case those records include the purchase invoice which contains these details. We do not sell on or share any of your details with anyone else. We would like to retain your details and share new products and promotions with you, but we will ask you if that is in order and you can always ask not to be contacted again.
